Kayako has two main areas:

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent.  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

    I just called to cancel and get a refund. They canceled but when I asked for a refund she said the owner only allows a partial refund. I'm supposedly getting $29.00 back (we'll see) but I told her that's better than nothing. The support email address did not work. My message did not go through. That's why I called.

    Click of a button, my ass! This is a scam from word go. Remember this experience and move on. It's not worth the aggravation you will have to go through to get your money back.

    This company is a scam.  I have requested a refund numerous times.  My emails say "Message Not Delivered".

    wow sounds like it is very much a scam and if im not able to get started making money then iwould like a refund of my $47 as well  this is not cool and specially around christmas !!! what is wrong with people these day scamming and plotting on people like your evil

    What a sham... SHAME ON YOU SCUM BAGS... How do you sleep at night??? Scamming people out of their hard earned money, especially in these uncertain times. I will get a full refund of $47. and I am also reporting you to the BBB. I will not hesitate to take legal action and not only get my refund of $47 but $$$ for wasting my time, causing me severe stress. I just lost my job which is why I was willing to pay $47. However you are misleading people, lying to them, taking our money and we get nothing in return. no link to the push button system you are selling (BS) no login info. You are a fraud and you will reap the consequences  of you dishonest doings. I feel sorry for you.

    Where or who can i call to get customer service? when I "chat" with an agent, there is a minimum of 24-48 delay before i get an email and when i get the email, it only shows a short answer to to me question and not a solution to my issue. i signed up more than 4 weeks ago and I have only the website domain, but nothing else.

    please help
