Kayako has two main areas:

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent.  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

    This BS!!! I agreed to $47 for what?! To be told I need to spend $299 more? Oh and the pages you said I would never see again, I can still access them. If you keep skipping to the next page, MAGICALLY, the price goes down to $97. That was not the original agreement. I was told $47. I'm having the charges reversed and telling my bank to investigate this. It's a scam!!!!!!!

    Same ish happened to me yesterday I ordered the system, I get inside to more videos and webinar an they ask for 10 dollars to set up domains an that's what I paid for it was actually more than 47 bucks. I emailed an called the number waited in line then my turn comes an the line disconnect more than 3times I immediately called my bank this is definitely a scam an fraud fucking bastards
