Kayako has two main areas:

- Help Center - you're here! Learn more about the Help Center here

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent.  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

    Both have said that I bought an older program and the contact info may have changed. I've been caught in a loop of he said, she said. There hasn't been a startup link emailed to me despite being told I would receive this. Am stuck now.

    Like others have said, I should've known better! But I want my money back! & since I authorized 1 charge, my card no longer works on any other site! Was needing to pay on my daughter's school fees online & it declined my card. Tried on other sites & again my card was declined! Wth?

    I have been unable to access your privacy policy. I have tried to click on the links but they all were unresponsive.I wanted to read your privacy policy before signing up. (Yes, some of us still read the terms and the privacy policies)
