Kayako has two main areas:

- Agent area - this is accessible at yourdomain.kayako.com/agent. If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).
You can delete this demo article at any time by logging in as an agent, and clicking the Delete button at the top.

I want a refund of all my money. $47.00, $97.00, and another $97.00. Your web page that promotes your product is all a lie. Nothing was set up ready to go for me. All I got was boxes with categories of many different videos of instructions of how to do what was promised in your promotional video. Refund all my money to each credit card NOW.

Yes I would like to have a refund on the real Online Profit and the reason that is I ordered MSW and May I have my site up and running and this is the same exact same that I had but they took it down so I may I get a refund for real Online Profit please
