- Agent area - this is accessible at  If you have administrator permissions, you'll also see a setting tab which will bring you to the administrator area. This is where you can configure your Kayako (such as adding a Twitter account, updating views and creating automations!).

    I just opened this up. I feel you were very misleading about what I was supposed to be doing as well as what I was supposed to be gaining from this program. I am Not at all happy with this . I would like to have my payment refunded and placed back on the card I used for this payment.

    People Call your credit card company, tell them it was a fraudulent charge. You get a refund back. I just did it myself, before it hit my account.

    Spoke with a very rude guy who spoke fast got upset when he had to repeat himself and asked me what city am i from. Then went on to ask me if I had my coffee yet. His name was Julian and didn't represent the company very well this will be reported if refund isn't provided.
